ThetaHealing® is an energy healing method based on a meditation technique that uses the theta brainwave.

ThetaHealing® was created in 1995 by Vianna Stibal, who witnessed her own healing from a tumor in her leg. Today, feedback shows that ThetaHealing® can lead to spontaneous changes ranging from emotional well-being to physical healing.

ThetaHealing English session
To begin the session, you explain your situation and the difficulties you are facing.
This is followed by an intuitive reading, which allows me to access information and your deep subconscious programs.
We then have a conversation to identify the root belief causing your blockage. We also perform muscle tests based on kinesiology.
Finally, we go into the theta brainwave state to make the necessary changes.
A ThetaHealing® session works with the same effectiveness via videoconference as in person.

About Audrey
A Bordeaux resident for over 15 years, with degrees in foreign languages and marketing, I had a first professional life in communication and professional training.
It was through my travels, especially in Asia, that I discovered and adopted holistic practices. I trained in Ayurvedic medicine in India and practice yoga and meditation daily. These experiences allowed me to adopt a life that is simpler materially but richer spiritually.
Attracted since a young age to past lives and the invisible world, I discovered regressive spiritual hypnosis and quickly became passionate about the work and discoveries of Dolores Cannon, which opened many doors to new knowledge and understandings.
I trained in several spiritual and regressive hypnosis methods (certified in QHHT, BQH, Introspective Hypnosis) and after conducting more than 1000 individual sessions and hundreds of group sessions, I developed Multidimensional Hypnosis®.
I currently offer in-person sessions by appointment in Bordeaux and in the Aveyron near Villefranche de Rouergue, as well as online sessions in French and English.
For several years I have followed the teachings of Don Ernesto Ortiz and am now a Akashic Records consultant. I accompany you in your Akashic records during online sessions.
My spiritual awakening since 2017 has allowed me to gradually reconnect with past lives dedicated to energy healing. I am now initiated in the Golden Triangle of Isis and Golden Scarab healings, Akashic healings, and am also a LaHoChi practitioner and instructor. I offer energy healing sessions in person, at a distance, or as a complement to your hypnosis session.
In 2019, I discovered ThetaHealing®, a wonderful healing and liberation method. ThetaHealing® quickly became an essential tool in my practice, and I regularly integrate it into my regressive hypnosis sessions. I am now a certified ThetaHealing® practitioner and instructor to support you in sessions and to teach you this wonderful tool.
